About Me

Hi and welcome, my name is Emma Fraser and I have been in practice since 2019. My grandmother changed my life when she introduced to this medicine when I was 19 years old, (you can read that story here).

My treatments strive to assess and balance your system as a whole. I can create ease in difficult conversations and can provide guidance on many levels. More than anything, it is an honor getting to know you.

I look forward to meeting all my future patients and am so grateful for all the patients I’ve already worked with. I learn so much form you all. I currently live in beautiful western North Carolina with my husband and three children. In my free time I enjoy reading, relaxing and riding horses.

I’ve been seeing Emma for weekly acupuncture for close to a year now. I cannot put into words how much of an impact she has made on my life! My typical treatment consists of both acupuncture and bodywork - Emma is always intuitively tailoring my session to what my body needs at the moment. In addition to this, Emma has guided me through digestive issues with herbs, preparing my body for motherhood, introducing me to local experts in her network for other issues. I recommend Emma to everyone I know and have yet to meet someone with such a calm and approachable energy.
